Instructions |
Before submitting your contribution, please read the guidelines for
the written material, available at
http://www.cescg.org/guidelines/
carefully, and please note especially
- the page limit of 8 printed pages,
- the paper format: ISO A4, not US Letter
- document format: PDF, no page numbers, all fonts embedded (also Times, Helvetica/Arial etc!)
- full LaTeX source of the PDF (including figures, bibliography, scripts, etc.)
Note that documents not fulfilling these requirements cannot be printed!
Please use the following scheme to submit the files related to your paper:
Upload main .pdf as a single file, compress the LaTeX source and all other files required to build the pdf into a zip file and in case you have any additional material put all of it (images, movies, text ...) in one directory including an index.html and submit the zipped directory (e.g., mycescg.zip). PLease use the web form below. The name of the file is not important, only the extension and correct upload field matching. The submitted files will be renamed to LastName-FirstName-YYMMDD-HHMM.ext (where .ext is the extension of the submitted file (i.e., .pdf or .zip). Therefore, please do not use any non-ASCII characters (e.g., letters with diacritical marks) in the name fields, even if your name is then spelled incorrectly.
Filenames with these Non-ASCII-characters often cause problems with cross-platform compatibility, so we still unfortunately must keep this limitation.
